A panel of eminent leaders will discuss how to shape the post-2015 development agenda.

Key questions include: What have the MDGs achieved and what are the lessons learned? What are the major global sustainable development challenges the world will face in the coming years? How can the post-2015 development agenda address them? How can problem solving for sustainable development be promoted? How can France contribute?

This event will also present the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), launched by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in August 2012. Headed by Professor Jeffrey Sachs, the Solutions Network mobilises scientific and technical expertise from academia, civil society, and the private sector to accelerate practical problem solving for sustainable development and to promote transformational solutions initiatives around the globe.
