Research Cross-disciplinary component 2. Mobilisation, engagement, collective action

LADYSS focuses closely on notions of mobilisation, engagement, collective action and the forms that activism and citizens initiatives take. These types of mobilisation on many different levels help renew politics and social innovation and the nature of new things always needs to be analysed. This reflection focuses on stakeholders and the processes that underpin and drive changes in standards, rules and institutions as well as practices and sensitive relationships. What is at stake here is the ability of collectives to change senior manager mindsets and engage with the related organisational action drivers. There are many different approaches to researching these types of mobilisation : research-action, research intervention or research-creation as well as different forms of expertise that coexist in civil society, public entities, companies, etc. They analyse joint researcher/stakeholder engagement in various different fields.
